My next door neighbour accused me of using the Aircon whilst out which was a complete lie. And I was asked by the staff if I was using the air con “24 hours a day”. Didn’t appreciate that.

Very quiet and great location. Never heard noise from the neighbours. Room was spacious with big balcony. Owner was very helpful and quick at replying to questions.

Very good location halfway down Pratumnak soi 5, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the local area. Short walk to beach and bath bus route. Walkable distance to Jomtien (1 mile). Large living room with sofa and lounge chair, although furniture was a bit worn and uncomfortable sitting in. Full size fridge and fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. Host Jack is very helpful and always ready to fix minor issues that may occur.

Fully functional kitchen and washing machine. The host is very responsive, all questions are answered swiftly, and assistance is delivered very quickly. The location is good, with a lot of affordable restaurants and massage places along the street to the beach. And there are 2 markets not far from the building. They provide a good choice of take-out food.

The Wi-Fi signal was very unstable, especially on the balcony. As a result, used only mobile internet for my phone. My laptop had an okay Wi-Fi connection near the entrance to the room but pretty bad on the balcony.
