Jomtien Hill Resort Pratamnak

Jack owns many condos in this building and is very active in keeping it a great place to stay. The room I had for two weeks was on the seventh floor with a great view of the sea and the Island of Ko Larn. The big room included a full kitchen, Internet access, TV with Netflix, air-con and ceiling fan. The building has a good pool with free sun loungers around it and a large outdoor communal area with seats on the fifth floor. The staff keep the building very clean. A short walk down Phratamnak Hill Soi 5 there are many bars and restaurants and a good beach at the end of the Soi. Jack was helpful and I enjoyed my two week stay

The location was perfect! And the host very kind olderly french man who try to help with whatever you need :) The location was 4min walk from a soi5 in Pratumnak where they have several resturants and some small bars. Got the feeling of Karon beach in Phuket from that soi, not so busy as Central Pattaya.

There wasn't so much that I didn't liked but if it's something it was that sometimes it was hard to get a bolt down to Central Pattaya if you wanted to, many drivers cancelled.

Close to everything, Cleanest & coolest pool in Pratamnak. Abundance of places to eat & drink. Thank you to Jack & all staff managing the Resort.

The apartment is ideally located at the top of a beautiful street filled with bars and restaurants, at the bottom you have Jomtien beach, all within a walk. The staff are polite and really helpful, it was a pleasure to stay here and would highly recommend it, Apartment was spacious, nice balcony, nice big TV, big comfortable bed, really can't say enough good things. O and the pool I stayed for exactly a month and found it to be one of the best places I've stayed in Thailand.

Location. Soi 5 is alive! Lots of new restaurants, bars, amenities. Jack the landlord is a local expat. He knows where to find things, and was a great help. Hit him up. Condo was great size. 80+m2, full kitchen. Good neighbors.

Didn't use the pool, lots of cats.
