Having to return home to Australia 😪

The location is in the middle between Pattaya and Jomtien 10 minutes walk to the beach and the host Jack was very helpful and got back to you in a couple hours. He also had a motorbike to rent and bicycles to use if you aren't feeling up to scooters. It was definitely worth the money and I enjoyed the big smart TV.

Wet season can be rainy but it does help with the heat.

There were have everything I need. Perfect location for me and very convenient 👌 recommend

But just one thing I don't like about the the room was bathroom could not shower properly cause of the drain a bit blocked otherwise will be flood everywhere.

No breakfast as it was self catering apartment. I did not like the bed however, was too hard but Jack was very helpful and put under blankets for me which then made it lovely to sleep on. I do think a more firmer mattress is in order though.. Large room lovely view of the sea, although was a bit far, the bike i hired from the apartment host /*was a must and got me around a lot of pattaya. Lovely pool and kept in excellent shape.

location is good 10 minutes walk to beach. it is between jomtien and pattaya but there is a good local choice of food and drinks outlets. motorbike will take you where ever you want or walk 10 minutes up the hill to the baht bus route. The host jack lives in the complex and responds immediatelly to any issues. Good sized balcony and large tv with netflix.

i think the bath towels and bed linen could do with upgrading.

The location is superb, just off the street where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops etc. short walk to the beach and the Russian market. The small studio has everything you need even a washing machine. Special thank you to Jack who checked all available rooms to find me a comfy (not too firm) bed as I have a chronic back condition and suffer if the bed isn’t right.

A few cockroaches but it is an older building so you can expect them in Asia. Nothing a bit of spray didn’t get rid of.

The room is spacious, good kitchen appliances, a fridge, a washer, all in working condition.

Some lamps on the ceiling did not work, Wi-Fi signal is rather weak and unstable, not suitable for work.

The room was spacious and the sea view was magnificent.There was a large TV monitor and You Tube was available. There was also washing machine,so I didn't have to go to the laundry. The location was good, because it was in the middle of Pattaya and Jomtien.Pratumnak night market was just around the corner.

There was nothing to complain about.
