The location of the apartment is its only saving grace. It is very central and easy to access the city and nearby restaurants and shops.

There were a few issues. It was strange that the main door to the building did not lock and when we arrived our key to the apartment was just left in the door. The air conditioning unit made a loud drilling noise every 30 seconds and it was very hard to sleep with this noise. The mattress was just made from foam and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower curtain was too long and the bathroom floor was constantly wet from this. The upstairs floor is quite dangerous as there is a gap and I was very wary of falling through especially at night.

Great check into the property, the client let us store our bags in the apartment as we arrived early. The location of the property is in the middle of all the amazing sites, restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately the property could had been cleaned with a bit more care. The shower curtain is not fit for purpose. The sink in the bathroom is placed in the most unusual location.

Apartment was very clean

We did not get the apartment that we booked as there are two apartments in the complex so it was a little misleading with the advertising on booking.com as the photos we looked at and booked that apartment was not the one we got. Our host was very helpful when the airconditioner sprung a leak.

The location was nice. It was close to the city center

It was not clean upon arrival. Had to ask host to come the next day and clean the floors and bring toilet paper. The inside looks old and neglected. Walls are scuffed and filthy, shower has what looks like years of grime in the corners, toilet seat falling off, broken light fixture where they shoved a bouquet of fake flowers to try to cover it, kitchen window shades stained, cleaning supplies left in the stairwell. It was probably a lovely place several years ago, but unfortunately has not been maintained at a high standard.

The property is very close to the city center and quiet.

There was a problem with the AC; I would have preferred the owner to tell it before I found it! Not enough natural light.

good apartment.

The apartment has a loft with beds. It has a big window with no curtain. I hope the hotel has put a curtain on it. It is too bright in the morning to sleep. And I found the somebody's underwear in the washing machine.

The apartment is great, it is located very central and close to everything (markets, restaurants, sightseeings). It was very clean, very confortable beds. The sink in the bathroom is pretty small, but overall the experience of staying was very nice. And it's a very good value for money.

A slight smell of cigarettes from the previous guests, probably.
