Great location! Also, apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Kids loved sleeping in the upper bedroom.

Parking in Ljubljana was horrible but we were able to park in the garage for 30 Euro a day. That's more of a city problem so not really a property issue ( just to be clear :) ) Loved the city otherwise!

The apartment is really nice, everything very new and clean. The location is perfect and hosts are very kind.

The flat is well located, 2 minutes from the town center and the street is pleasant as it has interesting shops and a restaurant. The flat is spacious enough for two people and looks modern. There are also standard cooking and cleaning appliances.

The flat looks modern upon entry however, there are many issues. Firstly, the flat had not been thoroughly cleaned when we came in. The loft area has ”uncommon features” such as a glass stairs and a glass floor which is dangerous as there are large gaps so you could hurt yourself and your belongings could fall through too! Unfortunately, this occurred during our stay… The bed and cushions are uncomfortable and the bedsheets are like sleeping bags… weird… Upon arrival, you need to make your own bed and the sheets did not look fresh especially the one on the mattress already fitted.The only windows in the flat are in the roof in the sleeping area and one roller blind did not shut for us . But the most annoying issue was that the air conditioning unit which on or off made a loud tractor-like noise so we did not have any sleep for the whole first night ! The landlady who was contacted had it fixed on the next day and ”offered ”to reimburse the first night but she NEVER did! The sink in the bathroom was not convenient as it was tucked under the low ceiling making it hard to use . The shower had a dirty ‘non- inviting’ curtain which was far too long for the shower thus ‘swimming’ in the water in the shower tray as the drainage is very slow . The shower tray was also not 100% stable. In the kitchen , we found rotten food in a plastic box above the fridge which confirms that the cleaning of the flat was not thorough enough. To access the apartment you go through a dark alleyway with hardly any light so you could feel unsafe at night. You must also be aware than there is no place to throw your rubbish, annoying if you stay a few days and you won’t have any new towels so it can be an issue if you stay for a long period of time. We stayed 5 nights and found that the facilities were not good value for the price. Finally, the coffee machine which uses capsules that you cannot find in any shop is useless ! Apart from this Slovenia is a lovely country!
