Everything was outstanding, even more than that. The owners were very kind, relaxed and extremely fair about everything. I would especially praise their approach, because they were at your service almost 24 hours a day with any information we needed.

Great location, walking distance from the main attractions. The apartment is very organized and so cozy. The room is huge and the kitchen very well furnished. Friendly staff and available. I absolutely recommend it!

Great location. Very clean. Very quiet and very good value

The layout meant that one bed is just partitioned from the living room with a clear screen. The other bed is up a stairs in a loft area which is very warm and stairs has no handrail. The shower holder is broken and falls over when the shower is on, as well as the shower doors not closing fully together and leaving a gap. Biggest issue was the glass bathroom door has moved down, and makes a lot of noise scrapping along the floor when opened or closed.

The location is ideal, a few minutes' walk from all landmarks. The apartment is in a lane that starts from a traffic-free street. It is not like a luxury hotel but much more authentic, as I hoped. The apartment itself was clean and convenient, luminous. Booking taxis through the owner Maja was clearly the right option. Arriving and leaving were both super easy and Maja was responsive and helpful throughout.

Nothing really. Just think of bringing your own soap, shampoo, tissues. Also, the apartment where I was may not be suitable for guests with impaired mobility - it is a duplex with a rather steep staircase as can be seen on the pictures and the apartment is one floor above the street.

Window blinds a bit temperamental and flimsy. The shower up/ down rail broken so either hand hold shower or we put rail on but shower head only one height and not in correct direction. Finding the apt was not that easy as through an alley/archway

Very central location and very quite. Huge room for 3-4 people. Very good wifi. Full kitchen facility. Very modern room decoration and very clean. We hope to stay longer.

Just a tiny thing. There is no key handover process: the room key is put inside the apartment for auto-checkin. Therefore the checkin instructions on Booking.com webpage should be updated.

Great bed. Location in the center of the old town. Public transport can be reached in 4 minutes. The room has a kitchen with all necessary accessories. If you are too lazy to cook, then there are several cafes nearby (1-2 minutes walk). It's always quiet in the room.

1 There is no microwave. 2. It's not very comfortable to shave in the bathroom.
