The View of Zanzibar

The most comfortable bed I’ve had in weeks. So relaxing and they catered to my dietary requirements with yummy GF pancakes. Apartments have all you need to cook for yourself if you want to. A lovely beach to explore when the tide is out and you won’t be interrupted as much as other beaches I’ve experienced.

My only suggestion would be to install a hammock to relax in…icing on top of the cake.

What a little gem of a place If you want relaxation then this is the place to go. Stayed only 1 night but wish we stayed for more. The view is simply just WOW unspoilt beach for miles to see.

Right on the beach opposite the Rock, the owner was so kind to upgrade us without extra charge, thank you. One peace of advice, avoid booking the MASAAI HUT by all means. Food was also amazing. Amazing sun rise views in the morning

The Masaai Hut is a big NO

The Hotel is simply amazing! Our suite was very spacious and comfortable, neat and clean. Housekeeping is doing an amazing job, even turn down service is provided. The food is simply delicious, we tasted Nigerian dishes and they also accommodated our dietary requirements. The team is a gem, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I'll definitely be back and can recommend this hotel for your trip in Zanzibar!

View was good. Breakfast was good.

No entertainment. Not very friendly. Rooms had lots of bugs and had a constant bug spray odor. Food expensive and not tasty.

Clean. Joop 2 was extremely friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast. Great indoor aspect. Good pool and seating outside. Could do with more umbrellas

Not a big fan of Concrete rooms. Could do with another pillow.

The View of Zanzibar in Michamvi truly seems like a slice of paradise. What stands out most about this property is its stunning panoramic views. The sound of the ocean in the morning and evening, along with the voices of local children playing on the beach, adds to a soothing and magical experience that makes you wish this moment never ends. Suggesting anything less than perfection at The View of Zanzibar almost feels wrong! It’s a place where the spectacular views captivate and delight endlessly, making every moment feel like a dream. This is truly a slice of paradise where the concept of fault simply does not apply!

The location & everything about this hotel is amazing! The owners made us feel so welcome too. We will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Pingwe.
