The View of Zanzibar

What a lucky find. Found last minute and was able to spend a night there for the experience but wish we had more time. So cool to wake up and see the beautiful blue water steps away. Got to visit the rock restaurant which is smack dab in front. They plan to expand this property with added pool and I cannot wait to visit again when it is fully complete. Thank you to the owners and staff for a wonderful experience

To stay longer… but also if you wish to have an AC you will only have a fan to keep cool . It gets really warm inside the place

The place was stunning, and the stuff was so delightful and kind. I really enjoyed my time, + i celebrate my birthday there as well ☺️ 🎂 its one of the best experienced 🫶

It was spacious and clean and new and beautiful. The view was incredible. The staff very obliging. What a wonderful place.

I loved everything

It has great views, wonderful location, modern furnishings & fittings and comfortable beds. The property management is in constant communication with the client.The service was good and consistent. Great touches throughout the apartment and refillable water from the property in recycled glass bottles was an added bonus. Amazing views of the ocean and Rock Restaurant!

Would have loved air conditioning or netting on the windows.However, it has a wonderful breeze and amazing views from the balcony.

Staff, food, and view were excellent.

Toilet not flushing and fridge not working even when the power was on. Staff changed out fridge, same as next door, but issue was likely the breaker needed to be reset. A couple of issues that if corrected would make the stay much better.

Very spacious apartment, super clean with all comforts. Power outlets everywhere, very good internet. And of course a perfect view! Staff is very helpful and friendly all time. The owners are mostly on site, which is great as all questions can be addressed directly. Joop is helping with everything, organisation of tours, medical help, taxi etc. During my stay of 16 days I experienced a perfect holiday in a very familiar environment. I will definitely come back! Many thanks for this relaxing stay!

Nothing to complain at all.

The hosts and the staff are really nice. The location is amazing. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time. The rooms are big and the highlight is the balcony where you can watch the sea.

The staff put red flowers on our bed as a welcome. That is a nice idea but unfortunatley the flowers leave red spots on the sheets which makes them look like they are dirty.

We loved this place. It was great sitting on the balcony watching the tides, the people and the weather. It was so calm and the staff friendly. It had a great vibe with cool recycled wood furnishings and comfortable rooms. There is an onsite restaurant or you can try others up and down the beach.

The apartment is basically in the beach, the view is amazing, clean room and kind staff. The location allows you to enjoy of beautiful walk in the beach, swim in the sea, reach tongues of white sand in the middle of the Ocean and interact with local people.

In this Hotel everything was perfect! We had our own terrace with view to the sea, breakfast in the room, kitchen for preparing our own food, everyday cleaning. Also food and drinks are available in the restaurant. We felt like part of the family, so we celebrated the christmas eve together with the owners, their friends and the staff. The owner took us one night to the sunset beach, where we were dancing and partying with them. We would definetly coming back!
