The View of Zanzibar

The view and the proximity with the restaurant the rock.

Everything! literally in front of the beach. I love that it’s within locals so you can see children laughing on the beach and dancers performing. The space is warm with big rooms. The atmosphere is serene and absolutely gorgeous. I could stay here forever! The service was A class! Rooms were cleaned daily! Extra towels and linens. Breakfast is free with several courses. fresh fruits, squeezed juices and several varieties for breakfast. The hotel also provided a list of activities which I selected snorkeling and it was the most amazing experience. I went to Zanzibar to Rest after a grueling work schedule and Rest I did 💙💙

Nothing! I liked everything. I would however advise you to get a SIM card for the power outages that occur. the hotel has generator but for those working, it takes a few minutes to reconnect back to Wi-Fi. when this happened to me, the owner made every goofy to ensure that I didn’t miss any of my monies but supplying me with a phone with data! This simple gestures make this place absolutely wonderfully stay!

The breakfast was just fine. Most of the days we had breakfast served on our balcony at no charge at all. Room service was free for all meals. The views of the ocean were amazing. We enjoyed walking on the beach during the low tides. The sight and sounds of the high tides at night was refreshing.

I loved everything from the location to the staff to the great interior deco. in the rooms to the very humble owners to the love of everyone working there. Ensuring that we were ok. I loved the homely welcome. I almost teared on check out. The comfort I felt at this place was amazing. It isn't crowded, perfect place to relax. The food is amazing and the chef is 👌 I shall surely book this if I return to Zanzibar. Indeed its the view of Zanzibar.

A beautiful location, right across from The Rock Restaurant and direct access to the beach, the room was well decorated and had everything that you could need. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommended.

We travel frequently and have visited some amazing beaches, however The View of Zanzibar tops the list for spectacular scenery. It is situated on the very best part of the beach, such that the fabulous Rock, and excellant Rock Restaurant, can be viewed from the large balcony. The apartment has a large living space, well equipped kitchen and separate bedroom. There was plenty of space for us to do yoga either inside or out on the balcony. We booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 6 :)
