During our recent stay in Kaş, we were fortunate to have chosen this fantastic apartment. The owner's dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction truly set this apartment apart. From the moment we booked, Ahmet was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing helpful tips and suggestions for our stay. His genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough for its excellent location, amenities, and exceptional service. If you're planning a trip to Kaş, look no further – this is the place to stay!

Nothing. Maybe the location could be better. The beaches were a bit far away, with İncebogaz Beach being our favorite. Fortunately, public transport was readily available and efficient.

This apartment was a dream! We went for 3 days and stayed 3 months! The view is breathtaking from any one of the 4 balconies! The apartment was really clean and the owner was very attentive, while giving us space to enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful apartment! The kitchen was well equiped and the shower had hot water anytime we wanted to shower. There are 4 markets within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance, as well as a great cafe nearby for digital nomads. The local bus station is just down the street, a 3 minute walk. There is a park very close by that has activities for locals and travelers as well. We loved the nice neighborhood the apartment is located in, and became friends with many locals. Thank you so much for opening this apartment up to us and the world! We are sure many others are bound to appreciate the scenic beauty and breaktaking sunsets! There is no equal in Kas! We've stayed in many places throughout this little fishing village, and no place compares to the apartment on the top level of this building! Take our word for it and book it for a long time, you'll love it that much and hate to leave...just like us! Cheers!

Nothing. There is many things that can be wrong with apartment you rent, but this place was one of the unique ones where we enjoyed every aspect! Thank you so much!

Good location, close to supermarket. 25mn walk from port area and animations. Good reactivity and flexibility of owner. Clean.

Poor soundproofing. The apartment is not well designed (bathroom in entrance, difficult to enter toilets, fridge door on the wrong side...)

As other people have mentioned, it's a little bit out of town, but it's got ample parking and some stunning views and it's easily connected to town by dolmus (15lira). Communication was great and all of my silly questions were answered which were a great help. There's a lovely restaurant, Gayak, over the road which serve nice pizzas, pidas and home cooked food (including vegetarian) and plenty of shops so it's got everything you need in the local area. Only a 20-ish minute walk to the seafront, but a bit longer up a big hill back! The apartment has everything you could need for a stay, including washing detergent and dishwasher tabs. I'd recommend it!

It was all really nice really. I'd have liked to be able to recycle more but that's nothing to do with the apartment, and you can recycle cardboard over the road.

Amazing! Бесподобно! This place is simply ideal for a real holiday. Suitable for a group of several people or a family or a couple, but I was there alone and it was very comfortable. Huge guest room, large kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher. A special word needs to be said about the bedroom, it is a wonderful place with two balconies overlooking the islands, mountains and a stunning sunset. The location is higher from the center of Kas, the nearest beach is about 30 minutes on foot, along a serpanine road. If you don’t have transport, then you need to understand that you will be walking, but the views during the walk are simply incomparable. There are supermarkets nearby - the nearest Migros is right next to the house. The owner Ahmet is nice and helped with all questions. In general, a very cozy apartment that you don’t want to leave. I recommend!
