If has everything you need (ac, dish washer, washing machine), spacious and nice terrace.

The beds are very uncomfortable and it is not a double bed but it's two twins attached together. The sofas are also not very comfortable and a bit dirty. The kitchen is functional but it has not window/air fan.

Washing machine was great, kitchen was supplied, everything was cleaned and smelled great, the AC worked, there was a place outside to hang your laundry, the dishwasher was a plus :)

The bed was very hard, there was only a 1 person blanket, no elevator (difficult with big suitcases going to the second floor), it was quite a walk up/down hill to the city centre .. would recommend a car.

I was traveling for work and this property met all expectations for what I needed - exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with great appliances, in-suite laundry/dishwasher with detergent, TV with many options, plenty of seating spaces with separate AC for the bedroom, and kind host who offered advice on transportation via local bus as this sits on top of a hill. It is located in a more remote part of town that is approximately ~30 minutes downhill on foot into the main hub. I personally like to walk but I was huffing after the steep climbs, however the views around the area are worth it and good if you have transport. There are 4-5 supermarkets nearby that made it excellent to get supplies and prepare my own meals. There was also a patio which was nice but overlooking the side of the building so I may have had a different unit. For those noise-sensitive, anticipate that you will hear the Minaret at the scheduled hours, which didn't disrupt me too much as I anticipated this. Overall, great property if you are looking for daily comforts, humble setting of an apartment over a hotel, and prefer being away from touristy districts.

Nice and big apartments, good location, nice view from windows, good cafe near.

The owner is a very helpful person. Location is great, 100 away are two grocery stores. The view from the balcony ( by the way our apart has 4! of them ) is outstanding. All basic amenities are there but if you would need something the owner will help you right away

There is always something that can be improved: small towel in the kitchen , more sockets in the kitchen
