Everything was amazing there! The apartment has enough space and it's close to the Riverwalk which makes it perfect to relax and walk around. Also, the owner was very kind because my fiance forgot a pair of shoes and they shipped them to our city for free! They were very kind and it's the best place I've stayed. 10/10!

Location was the key for here .

Everything was white and the $250 dollar deposit kinda hurt . We have kids so I had to stay on my 6 year old none stop to not touch white things it was not relaxing . I would stay here again with only adults .!

Reported that a few of the blinds were missing from the bedroom window and it was a privacy issue, no one ever came, the refrigerator was leaking and I called to report it and notified to them that I had put a towel down instead of coming out to check it like I asked, they brought more towels the next day to put down and left them outside the door, the biggest issue I had I dropped my car keys, called several times to see if they were turned in I was told no keys were ever turned in, only to find out the day before us leaving and $1300 spent on a rental car and having someone come to the property to make a key to our vehicle did the guy from maintenance tell us that he has had the key the whole time when I called I stated that the key was to a Volvo, the key fob also says Volvo keep in mind we are in assigned spaces. The key was dropped near our car that alone should let him know to press the key fob to see if that key belong to that vehicle because the information to our cars are given to the property, I also gave the information once again when I called the property upon asking to speak to the owner I was told that there’s no way that guests can contact the owner that it wasn’t possible, even with all that for the maintenance guy to tell us after he see the guy making the key to the car in the parking lot that he has our key and he’ll get it and bring it to us later with a smile on his face, this guy has passed us several times and seen us go to our car several times because the door was unlocked but every time we open the door the alarm went off, I don’t like playing the race card, but I’m feeling some type of way, we were stressed out this whole stay, and will be checking into a hotel to at least get a few days of enjoyment, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!😢
