Perfect location. Friendly and available hosts. Clean and convenient. Easy check in and check out. I definately recommend

The location is brilliant.

*The floor and the walls in the apartment were dirty. There was no inventory to check the contents of the apartment. The utensils in the kitchen are inadequate and do not meet the requirements of a self-catering apartment. *The enameling on the bath is peeling off as well as the enameling on the tiles. The bath tap diverter does not function correctly. No bath plug. There were no shelves in the bathroom cabinet. We had the same bath towels for two weeks. * The bedroom is dark as there is only one source of light, which is one bedside lamp, and the window blinds will not open. We also had the same bed linen for the duration of our stay as no one came to clean the apartment. The same applies to the bath towels, which we could not wash. There is a small hole in the floor between the bedroom and the dressing room. * The socket cover in the dining area wall is broken. There are no table mats for the dining table * One of the feet is missing on the side table in the lounge area. The left-hand drawer is missing from the TV cabinet. The lounge window blinds do not close correctly. * A handle is missing on the aircon door cupboard * There is no light on the corridor outside the front door. * The parking bay allotted to the apartment (number 23) was not always available as it was being used by other tenants. We were alloted a different parking bay (number 24), but that was also frequently used by others. * Contractors from a building site across the road used the complex 's carpark and made a terrific noise between 6 - 6:30 am Even though we paid US$99 cleaning fees, no one came to clean the apartment. When I queried this, I was told they only clean the apartment before and after the duration of a holidaymakers stay. Unfortunately, no cleaning materials are available for anyone staying there except for one brush.

Buena ubicacion, departamento amplio.

Cuando llegamos encontramos la cocina con agua y no teniamos trapos para secar, nos trajeron mas toallas. Eramos 4 adultos y solo habia un kit de limpieza personal. Lo peor fue que nos dijeron q tenian que fumigar el departamento, esuvimos solo 2 dias y pedimos ya q era el ultimo.que no lo hicieran a lo cual nos dijeron que lo dejarian para cuando ya no estuvieramos, pero al regresar a la noche encontramos q habian entrado sin nuestro permiso y habian fumigado!! Aunque no era toxico no fue lo acordado, nos sentimos invadidos y engañados!!! Esto no fue lo peor, a los dias de irnos del dto. por una confusion pensamos q habian quedado nuestros pasaportes ahi , hablamos con la gente encargada para que por favor nos confirmaran esto, (aclaro q estabamos a 300 km de ahi) y su respuesta fue q debiamos esperar a la semana siguiente q se fueran los nuevos huespedes, era solo consultarles, no creo con eso que se molestara a nadie y a nosotros nos hubiera ayudado un monton!! Por suerte encontramos los pasaportes pero fueron muy poco empaticos y serviciales con la situacion.

Creo que fue una estafa en la página de booking.com aparece como que fuera en buen hotel por afuera fotos muy bonitas y en realidad es un Hotel sin recepción, sin restaurante, sin personal de limpieza, no hay nadie parece un alojamiento fantasma No se lo recomiendo a Nadie

Que las fotos externas que aparecen en la página de booking.com diera la impresión que son de un Hotel formal y en realidad no hay Ni recepción, no restaurante, Ni personal de limpieza, le dejan la llave en una cajuela con clave y parece una renta de habitación por mes que no te incluye nada de servicios Muy mala experiencia No lo recomiendo en Nada

I didn't like the customer service cause I couldn't find anybody by phone. Even they left the phone number in the office.

The house had a smoke smell. Maybe coming through the vents, the blinds were tore up, the bed had duct tape to hold it in place. The bathroom was not clean it needs to be remodeled in general.
