Private Room with Ensuite Bathroom 10 Minutes Walk to University of Washington

The property is very well located in terms of being close to UW. Keep in mind it is in an area where there are fraternities and so it can be loud with the fraternity parties, but if you’re staying here, it is mostly for the value and location.

The building itself is a bit rundown, but the room we stayed in was nice and had good amenities. There are some loud people that live in this building talking very early in the morning and again the neighbors are loud. However, your focus for staying here is to be somewhere affordable and convenient and comfortable.

No breakfast

The property has a trash dumpster out in front filled with garbage and beds. The walls and floors are dirty and damaged. Going up the stairwells looking out the windows you can see it is overgrown grass, dirty windows, trashed on the property. There are two cinder blocks structures in front of the property and nothing in them creating a hole for someone to fall into. The inside of the room that I rented was the way the pictures suggested.

The location was perfect, so close to UW!

Thoughtful details made it convenient to stay.
