Private Room with Ensuite Bathroom 10 Minutes Walk to University of Washington

1. No parking. 2. Laud especially at night. Door slamming.

It was quiet and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator had filtered water. There was soap in the bathroom. There were books on the table.

The common areas looked a little bit rough.

It was clean and private. Small but adequate to my needs. Had a microwave, refrigerator,coffee pot, and electric kettle.

Occasionally noisy at night. No air conditioning, but two fans. Clock needed resetting , but it was too high for me to reach to do it.

The room was clean and had more supplies than I expected (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, ...).

The shared kitchen was dirty and it had an unpleasant smell. I ended up not using it because of this. I understand the owners have limited control over this, as it mostly depends on how the other residents treat it, but it is a shame, because the room was very nice.

It was really lovely to find out that coins for laundry were included, even if I didn't end up needing to use them. There were cute, helpful signs all over the place, and the room itself was a fantastic fit for me and my travel partner. The lamps were nice, as overheads tend to be very migraine-inducing for my friend, and we enjoyed that in spite of it apparently being party week for the fraternities around us, we could barely hear it from our room when we came back from our concert to go to bed. It was very nice how the pictures posted here were exactly representative of what we got, no surprises. (Also, comfiest bed I've ever slept in on a trip?)

On occasion, the door code to get into the building simply wouldn't work? Trying to get into the building punching in numbers on a metal box with the sun shining on it for several minutes did unfortunately melt my fingertips off, but some higher power did eventually take pity on me and we were good to go. I honestly cannot guarantee I didn't just mess up every time from.the heat.

Apartment was very clean and well appointed, except that there was no clothes iron in the room or the laundry room. But nice selection of coffees, teas and toiletries in the room. Bed very comfortable.

The building is in an area of student accommodations and fraternities and sororities. Some loud partying in the middle of the night and a lot of trash on the streets. Parking was a challenge.

A very well equipped and comfortable apartment.

I didn't realize when I booked how far it was from transport and amenities.

Handy, good value.

The bed has seen better days.
