Private Room with Ensuite Bathroom 10 Minutes Walk to University of Washington

The bed was not comfortable, plus there is no cleaning provided during your stay.

We first walked in and the place reeked of smoke like someone had been smoking in the unit. We then discovered the towels were stained and sheets were yellow like they had not been washed. It was really gross and upsetting as we had just spent $420.00 to stay 3 nights. We then requested a refund which they denied even though we only spent one night there and ended up getting a hotel instead. It was booking.com’s solution to contact the property manager, who wouldn’t answer my calls, they now have blocked my number so I have absolutely no resolution and am out $420.00. This place really made the beginning of our trip a nightmare. If any justice comes of this I hope people read this and decide to choose elsewhere. The customer service/support is non existent. I’m disheartened that this can happen and they get away with it. You’re honestly better off getting a hotel for the extra bucks. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT go here.

Very nice little room that has everything one needs. Very lovely interior and a little box with coins to do laundry. A truly lovely room in which one feels like home.

There is not much to say. It is just unfortunate that the neighbors (on the floor) are quite loud and inconsiderate (nighttime) and since the bed is directly next to the entrance of the room, a good sleep is a bit difficult. There is also (as stated) no elevator but the stairs are quite narrow, hence it’s a struggle with a bigger suitcase to get it up and down the stairs. But that is all beyond the control of the owner of the room.

PAPER thin walls. I could hear everything everyone was doing. Kept me up very late both nights.

Location is outstanding. You are among student housing, so everyone around you is of college age (I am a mid-forties man). This might not be everyone's preference, but it was fine for me. Plus the neighborhood itself is beautiful and green. Great walking area: there are two Link light rail stations nearby, campus (University of Washington) is beautiful, great walking parks in multiple directions.

The furniture was basic IKEA-type stuff: unattractive but functional. This did not hurt my experience however. The bed was comfortable.
