Bus stop is near. Around is silent. Free laundry services.

I cannot adjust temperature of shower. So, I should stand hot water.

Apartment had everything I needed and only 10-15 mins walk from Link Station.

A lot of noise on the Sunday night from other residents until 2 or 3am.

Easy to reach by bus, clean and everything you need for some nights. Would recommend it

Obviously loved by the owner and they go to great lengths to make sure you have everything you need. A lot of care and thoughtfulness has been put into this rental. It was very cute and comfortable, clean bathroom and lots of amenities!

We traveled to Seattle for one night to see a baseball game and a concert. As we were out very late, we really only needed the room for a comfortable sleep and coffee inn there morning. The bed was comfortable and dressed in beautiful white linens like a nice hotel, but unfortunately when we peeled back the comforter the fitted sheet was covered in hair and what looked like dirt debris. It was just so odd because everything else was so clean and lovely. How could something like a dirty dog have laid there and clean covers been pulled over it? Unfortunately we had to sleep on top of the covers and got a bit chilled in the night. Everything else about this room was perfect and as described, we were just sad as we payed a hefty cleaning fee considering the one thing we were really looking forward to was not clean at all. It was strange and awkward. We were so creeped out. We didn't make coffee and left as early as we could. Sadly this would prevent us from renting this again.

Very nice room with a private bathroom. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. In the bathroom you will find all you need. There is also an option to do the laundry. Good price to quality ratio :)

It might be a little bit loud on the streets at night.

The apartment was very clean and had little extras like lotion and nice shampoo and conditioner to make the stay more pleasant. Check in and out was very easy and all contactless. The location was prime for any university business and surprisingly quiet for how close to frat row it is.

There was no air conditioning and the bed only had a heavy blanket, no sheet. It was hard to get a good night's sleep there and one of the nights the low battery alarm in the smoke detector kept going off. Additionally, the building that the apartment is in looked a little run down and almost every door had signs of trying to be broken into.

It is an apartment in a good district without homeless people. Party is going on because it is a university district. Train/Subway is about 10min walk - bus is closer. The room is somehow clean, the bathroom too. It was OK for us. The payment cannot be done via credit cards. One of the two wifi keys provided worked. The house is not the newest, has a kitchen and a laundrette I didn't use. There were many things in the apartment like coffee, shower gel etc.

Had everything I needed for my stay and was available during a busy weekend in Seattle. Washing and drying services are available. The University itself is nice to walk around.

Although a lot of extra items were provided, this made the small room feel more crowded than what it needed to be. Also meant for a lot of dust on shelving and harder to reach places. The room was surface clean but not actually clean. Like other reviews - the bed was wayyyy too soft, clock and fridge were very loud and nearby fraternities in the area were incredibly loud. Also the surrounding area is very dirty and has lots of rubbish from frat houses. I know this is not something the host can control but I found the extent of rubbish surprising. Also my room had a pungent (possibly cannabis like) smell for the first two days until I properly aired the room out.
