"Best deal compared to competitors in the area. Would definitely book again!"

Clean and comfortable. Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Host provided everything needed, from clean towels to cutlery to cleaning supplies. Perhaps because it's midterm season, but we didn't experience as much noise at night as expected. One thing I especially like was the bed-- it's so soft and the sheets are even softer than my own at home!

The only thing I didn't like about the property is that the shower head is immovable. The shower is nice and clean, but because it's quite small, the shower head made it difficult to get to certain places.

The price compares well to other properties in the U District, and it's within easy walking distance of campus. Those are the only real draws, other than the inspiring decor (unicorns!).

There is no parking, so if you have a car, you may spend a long time hunting for a space on narrow streets crowded with student-owned vehicles and "no parking" signs. You will then need to haul your luggage a block or more and up three flights of stairs. The property is populated by students and surrounded by student housing, including fraternities and sororities, which means it is loud (especially on weekends) and your neighbors will be up all hours of the night doing things like vacuuming (at midnight, really?) and talking loudly in the hallway. There is no TV in the room, so you can't even distract yourself or drown out the noise with that. There is no kitchen and no cooking allowed in the room either, so unless you want to eat microwave popcorn or ramen noodles, you will need to order out or Uber somewhere. In sum, I don't recommend staying here unless you're on a tight budget and/or a visiting student just looking for a place to crash.
