The Best Midtown Location by Piedmont Park

The location was great and the free off-street parking was a major bonus. The entire apartment was very clean.

We were hoping to do some laundry when we arrived but the washing machine was broken. We also got off to a bit of a rocky start as the smoke alarm battery went dead during our first night there and started beeping at 3am - after a long day of driving. But to be fair, this situation couldn't be anticipated and after a morning call to the owner, the issue was resolved before noon.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean and well appointed and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back

Great location, easy parking, host instructions were clear, and the place was immaculately clean. Really appreciated the goodies in the kitchen as well!

The location is perfect, close to everything. It's in a quiet, and safe neighborhood. Free parking lot is one of the determining factors to rent the place. The apartment is clean. We did not cook, nor do laundry, but it seems it provides everything if you want to. One drawback is that the sofa bed is very hard, and very uncomfortable for sleeping. The extra bedsheet used for the sofa-bed smells moldy.

The location is awsome.

Very comfortable bed, easy location for walking around midtown—and, in my case, to the Amtrak station. Lots of amenities, including a fridge and laundry. Entering the room was easy and would be very convenient for people arriving at odd hours (just make sure you fully read through the instructions).

I'll echo other guests and say that the security deposit and ID process seemed a bit sketchy at first, but ended up being legitimate. Also, just a heads up to travelers arriving in Atlanta early in the day, you won't be able to leave your baggage here and go off exploring the city; early *check-in* is an option but only from 1pm on. (I was traveling light, so this wasn't a big issue for me, but it's something travelers should be aware of!)

I think this property is a scam. I was told to pay a $300 security deposit via Venmo (or Paypal). I got there at 10:00PM and there was no one on the property to let me in. Instead I was told to Venmo some stranger $300 and email a picture of my ID and hope that he would respond by giving me a door code. I don't have hard evidence that this place is a scam, but it felt like a scam, and I did not stay here.

The apartment was beautiful and the location was superb.
