The Best Midtown Location by Piedmont Park

We had a great experience at this rental! Super close to everything we needed and easy to find. Parking was a great plus. I was a little nervous about the deposit process, but everything worked out exactly as described. No worries whatsoever.

Location, cleanliness and price.

This was my first time booking a place that wasn’t a big chain hotel so I was a bit nervous at first but I have to say that this place was amazing. So clean, so comfortable, an amazing location, very safe,and did I mention the location. Andre and his staff or super receptive and friendly and they keep this place nicer than most 5 star resorts. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Atlanta.

Had no dislikes about the property at all.

The property provide many things a hotel could not; access to washer/dryer, safe area with easy access to many places and close parking.

Atlanta was great wish I could have stayed longer.

The location not far from Amtrak

Private small apartment complex nestled in a great neighborhood. Clean. Safe. Free parking spot. Within blocks of small unique restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

I have no complaints. Yes, you have to pay a $300 security deposit via PayPal or venmo separately (reimbursed after departure) and send a copy of your drivers license to a private email that initially seemed odd but turned out to be legit.

It’s the safe area for staying alone. convenient for buying things by walk distance. Nice host who reply promptly and helpful. The kitchen units are good for cook myself.

The location is great! It's a quiet street but the local shops are nearby, including restaurants and cafes and good access to public transport.

The door lock appeared a little damaged and when guests were staying in the unit above I could hear them moving around very easily, however the host responded very promptly to ask them to be mindful of this.

Location was great, clean owners are nice and you have direct contact with them in case you need anything. Other than that everything was great will stay again if it’s a couples weekend.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t have my friends over seeing that it was my birthday weekend I wanted to invite people over and have a good time. There kinda tight on there apt room. So if u wanna invite friend over I’d suggest u stay somewhere else but if you wanna just have a get away with you and your significant other it’s the perfect spot
