The Best Midtown Location by Piedmont Park

Location was great and within minutes walk of restaurants and shopping! The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The bedroom was comfy and the heating and AC worked quickly when adjusted. Previous tenants left some staples in the pantry, like salt and oil etc... which we forgot. So we appreciated that. Parking was private and just feet away from our front door - very convenient.

Dishes were very dirty. Oven wouldn’t turn on. You could hear all the people walking upstairs. The front door didn’t close well. When neighbors were smoking outside the entire apartment smelled like smoke for hours.

Andre was very accommodating and professional even after the unit was deemed as unavailable due to a maintenance issue. He quickly called me and offered another unit to me close to Piedmont Park. Excellent service!
