The Best Midtown Location by Piedmont Park

Excellent location: quiet street in central area, quick access to stores, main roads. Good furniture, excellent heating, well-equipped kitchen Directions for access were very clear, and host responsive.

No available outlet at desk (fortunately I carry my own extension cords)

Location, quiet area, not paying for parking. Kitchen area.

The kitchen needs more supplies; no pot holders, no dish cloths, small amount of silverware, and cooking pans could be updated. Also the TV remote needs to be replaced.

The area is safe and in a nice location, so a lot of things were walkable, nice restaurants and shops close by. I walked to a lot of attractions as well. Theres a huge population park close by. A few issues but Andre was very very good to sort it out, he’s super helpful and really friendly and communicates very well. I would definitely stay there again

There wasn’t very much to like other than the air circulation, but we will get into that.

From the beginning, it was midnight when I booked and I was dead tired, I browsed the pictures quickly after inputting my information & found this place. It said two rooms (given it did not say two bedrooms), and it had two pictures of completely SEPARATE BEDROOMS with different bedsets & all. I booked thinking I would have two rooms, one for me, and one for my friend. As I walked in to realize my mistake I texted the owner to see if there was anything possible; whether that be cancelling the stay, or if there was anything we could possibly figure out. The owner answered with passive aggressive messages and did not want to figure anything out. Overnight we were surprised by many things in the area. My friend woke up with bug bites in the apartment (and I had some on my legs after standing barefoot for a few minutes while packing), we were also abruptly awoken to people banging on the door, (to which I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just because the lock doesn’t work 90% of the time), as well as gunshots near the apartment. When we drove back from a shoot one time all of the trash was scattered across the floor along with someone’s fresh clothes. Let’s get in to the final part before I sound like a drag. The owner makes you pay a $300 deposit through friends and family on paypal off-site to check in. (I will be reporting their paypal for non-allowed F&F payments, along with making sure they are licensed to rent out their apartment). Furthermore, he kept my deposit when I have video of before and after of following every procedure they requested down to a T if possible. I would not stay here again, would not want to be scammed, bit, and you couldn’t pay me to talk to the owner again. If this is how he get’s his money, get your bag bro; giving ATL a bad name.
