Dear Booking.com Unfortunately, the property was misrepresented, and the conditions were unacceptable for the duration of my stay. I would like to formally request your assistance in securing a refund due to the following issues, which I have documented with photos and video: • Kitchen Issues: • The oven was unusable, emitting horrific smoke and a foul odor after only five minutes of preheating. This resulted in over $100 of groceries going to waste, forcing me to order takeout for the entire stay. • Neither microwave functioned properly—one did not power on, and the other’s plate did not rotate. • No proper cleaning utensils were provided (only a used kitchen towel). • The eating utensils, toaster, and coffee maker were all filthy. • Living Room & Furniture: • The couch was covered with a dirty blanket to conceal deteriorating leather. • Two of the four tables (outdoor and dining table) were broken, making meals difficult. • The balcony screen was unsafe, which is a serious hazard given the unit’s location on the 20th floor. • Bathroom & Bedroom: • Only one body towel and one washcloth were provided, despite booking for two guests. The single towel was dirty. • The bathroom was in poor condition, with rust, a shower dripping water all night, and a toilet that constantly ran. • The bed was frameless with no headboard; instead, a broken headboard was repurposed to create a fake “couch.” • When removing the sheets for cleaning, I discovered the mattress was filthy. • General Concerns: • Parking was charged at $40.50 per day($81.00 for our two vehicles), which was not clearly disclosed prior to booking. The listing stated there “may or may not” be a charge, which was misleading. After discovering the cost, I requested a refund but was denied by the host. • The property had a strange odor masked with air fresheners placed directly on the AC unit. • Several light fixtures were missing bulbs.

Parking is horrible. The parking states $8, but it's $25 or higher. I ended up paying 800 for parking during my stay. This should be posted when staying at the property. My room wasn't clean when I got there. Lights went out during the stay, and the refrigerator started malfunctioning. Quite a few outlets and appliances didn't work. Doors and screen were broken. Burn holes in the furniture. The shower leaked, and the toilet ran the whole stay.

The property is perfect Had everything I needed

Until the concierge called the police because of a fire that did not happen Which lead the police to take me out of the apartment. Which to my surprise when I got back all my belongings were stolen by the cleaning people that they hired…. They took everything that was mine and didn’t allowed me back to finish my stay
