Old, furniture old and torn up. Had blankets over the sofa to hide it's condition. Floors where separating at the seams. The power in half the kitchen didn't work. Ice machine didn't work. Furniture falling apart In all rooms. Shower for the 80s . No air-conditioned. Had a strange stench in the apartment. Only unit that had torn screen on the balcony. No parking 40 a night

it was dirty so I had to leave and find another place to stay I also paid $45 thru cash app for late check out and neva received my refund

I like the location

I didn't like the fact you had to walk all the way around the building just to sign in...the door was broken inside the room

The building that the apartment is in is fine. It has a welcoming, superb and great looking Reception where you can sit and relax in an area of great ambience. The staff at Reception were always helpful.

The conditions in the apartment were unacceptable. The sofa was peeling off, looked like something that had been picked up off the street. It certainly did not look like somewhere I wanted to be seated on. The host was slow in responding. There was no kettle and my query to the host was ignored, after repeat requests I was finally told 6 days after first asking that Amazon would deliver a kettle to the building. I asked at Reception but they didn't have it, then to my horror and surprise I found it in the apartment on my return. Did the host give access to the apartment to Amazon? I could not believe that had happened!! The door to the balcony is stuck, you have to really ram it to get it open. Towels had long past their use by date judging by their condition and really should be changed. The electric socket for the fridge to be pugged into was hanging off the wall in a clear breach of basic Health and Safety. Mircowave door handle glued together. The Ironing board was a cheap very shaky and unstable thing. There were absolutely no hangers for clothes. The apartment was very cold as there were air conditioning units on but they were antiques and when I worked out how to get to the controls (inside a kind of lid) only one had a handle to open it. Drawers in the bathroom were broken and the bath tub was painted and the paint was peeling off so it looked disgusting. Toilet was squeezed in a corner and bit uncomfortable to use. Position of sockets near bed made them difficult to get to. Kitchenware was sparse. Washing machine was not in the apartment but was a bank of machines in the basement for use of all in the 24 floor building.

Location is great, near to many attractions and to the public transportation.

First impression was that entrance door could not be shut properly (non of the doors in the apartment could shut properly, but entrance door are specially important). I shut it by force. A minute latter I was anxious whether I would be able to open the door in the morning, or we would be stuck in the apartment. Then we discovered that toilet is out of order (it could not flush). This issue remained throughout our stay (10 days), and it was very stressful. Host was responsive, but not efficient in problem solving. Even the freezer was leaking, since the door could not be shut properly. Apartment requires a thoroughly renovation.

The elevator, besides that, Nothing- the building is so old and is in desperate need of some serious renovations.

The age and the lack of restoration. The shower/tub is gross. The bedroom door has hinges coming off. There was no microwave. I asked for extra towels and rags. I got three towels and three rags! The screen in the patio is ripped and needs fixing!
