Downtown Big 1 Bedroom #20I

Convenient location.

Photos shown clean property but in real it’s not clean and the sofa was badly torn which was shown good in the photos.

Overall, it is a great location, and my family and I enjoyed our stay. I would shop again.

In 20i I only had two complaints. That couch in there is nasty and looks like it came from a dumpster outside, it was covered partially with pieces of quilts. I also did not like that the screen on the balcony was broken, especially with a toddler for the stay. It's dangerous.

Building was off the street, had to find and pay for parking. Apartment had multiple outlet fuses, couldn’t use microwaves in kitchen at one point. Couch looked nothing like the pictures!!! The leather couch was completely torn up and the couch cover didn’t even stay on! Barely wanted to sit on it! Opened the window up in the bedroom for some air and the window would not close back at all! Had to sit my bags in front of window for it to stay closed!

I love that we could see the city view.

When we got inside we noticed alot of things that we didn’t like. The door to the balcony was slick messed up. The bedroom and bathroom doors were coming off the hinges. The couch was very old and the leather was literally peeling off (they tried to use couch covers). Other than that it was ok… i say 5/10!

The location was amazing! We did not go to the restaurant at the location. Loved having a kitchen in the condo. Great place for the value!

Our only issue was the walls seemed super thin because we could hear conversations of the people upstairs, when they showered late at night, and buzzers from nearby rooms.
