Spacious, comfortable

The heat didn't work, but the spce heaters kept us comfortable. We are thankful for those with winter still hanging on.

We were assigned room 1 and we would stay there again. The bedside lamp needs to be replaced and it would be nice to have a fan in the room with the bed in it.

"Very noisy location. No bedding AT ALL for the pullout couch bed. The host doesn’t respond."

The host had absolutely no communication. I had booked the stay for 3 adults. There was 1 bed and a pull out couch. There were no bedding or pillows for the pullout couch. There wasn’t an extra blanket or bed pillow anywhere in the room at all. We slept without it because we had no choice. The host didn't respond until the day after we left. The location was VERY noisy from morning until evening with loud music and cars and yelling in the parking lot at all hours. I would not recommend this place.

Plenty of space in the studio apartment. Great harbor views and walkable to downtown Kodiak

Stains on white bathroom towels, previous guests' hair left in shower, no dish soap for doing dishes in kitchen
