Really low water pressure in the shower

We were given a completely different apartment. To the point it felt like a scam. The apartment advertised says 18th floor, we were given one one on the 14th floor and it did not match at all. We tried raising this issue with the person we'd been dealing with online however they were uninterested and eventually stopped answering, The replacement apartment was dirty, had mouldy cushions, thick dirt on windows, stains on bedding, faulty electrical sockets. These people are clearly advertising an apartment you will not get, awful.

The property met our expectations and we thank the hosts for accommodating my colleague at no added cost. Very spacious rooms and well appointed facilities sans a couple of minor points I will mention below.

Please keep a bottle or two of water as it was the most sort after commodity as we arrived late in the night from overseas with a slightly delayed flight. No shops nearby, the vending machine in the lobby was out of water and seeing our plight, the receptionist was kind enough to give us two small bottles of water. Wifi ID is not what was mentioned in the host's letter. we figured it out the following morning by trial and error. The kettle in the kitchen was non functional. No broom, mop or a mop bucket which was detrimental to our four days stay. We would have kept the kitchen, bath room and living room to our standards if we had these as we spent 4 nights there. Bed rooms can do with a mirror each as we had to come out to groom ourselves.
