Smell of marijuana in the AC system/ property should offer an exercise/ fitness room. Need additional renovation or complete the current renovations.

We booked this accommodation for 6 adults, but it was not adequately designed to accommodate that number. One of the rooms had 4 beds, which were quite uncomfortable, and the owner had placed a portable AC unit in the room that was very loud, making it difficult for us to sleep. Additionally, the front desk staff was very unwelcoming. Check-in took longer than expected, and when we went out to move our car and returned, the staff member refused to open the lobby door, insisting we should have carried our room key with us. He was sitting right next to the door, watching us, but still did not open it. This level of unhelpfulness and poor customer service is unlike anything I have experienced with Airbnb or hotel management teams.

The first day when I arrived at the apartment everything seemed clean, however, it had a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana. We traveled as a family of 6 but the apartment was not prepared to receive 6 people, the slab was not for 6, there were 2 beds with only 1 sheet and one of the Queen beds had a very hard and uncomfortable mattress. The toilet was poorly done, there were cobwebs on a lamp, the tiles were poorly washed, the curtains were dirty and stinky, there was dirt around the beds, an insect and the worst and most disgusting thing is that we found hair of dubious origin in some beds so we had We had to clean everything again for our peace of mind and hygiene, yet my daughter's skin was irritated in the parts of her skin that came into contact with the sheets. The windows of the apartment are very thin and you can hear all the noise from outside the building such as traffic, ambulances and police, the windows are not well sealed and at night the cold comes in from outside. You can completely hear all the noise from the attached apartments. In the building (apparently) all the residents smoke marijuana, the bad smell is felt in the hallway and elevator. I left the apartment more than 24 hours ago and I still have not received a response from the administrator.
