Very comfortable for my husband and myself to meet our son and his family. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom.

No powder room on main level. Hot tub was a bit dirty.

The privacy of the location

The community hot bath is far, there was ice on the street and one has to walk on it in order to reach the shuttle/chair lift

The place was great. Well provisioned, clean and close to skiing and town.

A half bath on the main floor would have been convenient (no big issue for us, but you asked!)

Location was good. We used the Peak 9 base lift drop off pick up area. Kitchen was well stocked. We could have used an extra pot holder.

Bathroom available on the floor with the living room.

This property was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and location is extremely convenient to town and lift.

Nothing I didn’t like

The property had one car garage and one car driveway for parking.

The property has two levels with the main living and kitchen on the first floor and the bedrooms in the basement. There is no bathroom on the first floor so you have to go into a bedroom in the basement to use a bathroom. The couch was not functional as one of the cushions is missing springs (?) and the other cushions are very worn through/worn down. The downstairs windows in the bedroom had missing/broken handles so it was hard to open windows to get fresh air during the summer. It was very hot to sleep despite being cool outside overnight. There was a dead bug in one of the bathrooms and paper on the floor when we arrived. Overall, the property is well worn and has been neglected.

Enjoyed have a facility large enough for our family to stay at for a wedding. Foosball table was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We enjoyed playing games as a family well into the night.

The pullout couch was broken but we were able to put its mattress on the floor so it served its purpose.
