"It was really a very relaxing time in Breck. Just what we all needed!!!!"

Location to town & gondola. The 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms worked well for us.

Parking situation was a problem. With 8 guests and 4 cars - had to pay to park elsewhere. I don't believe anything was stated about this on the website when booking the unit. It would have been nice to know this in advance. And maybe validate parking would be nice - especially with such a large unit that accommodates so many guests - it would make sense there might be more than 2 cars in the unit!

Beautiful location and view from the windows. Enjoyed the hot tub on property. Enjoyed the warm fireplace. Good location and close to town. We walked to town many times with no problems. Loved the keyless entry.

The windows need some serious repair. The door to the patio wouldn’t always lock.

Code on door was set to 4 digits from my cell phone number. Impossible to forget! :)

Very dry air make for some people in our group difficult to sleep. Need MORE humidifiers in EACH room! (we use WET TOWELS every night to compensate this. Also metal parts at sofa bed in living room was broken nd its very complicated to set sofa-bed and close it. You Need to call "handyman" to FIX IT! We have two cars/SUVs : Toyota 4 Runner and Jeep WAGONER. for Wagoner Garage door was TO NARROW to park it in. Second car FIT OK!

"Nice condo but don’t rent if you need any internet connectivity"

The condo was roomy and comfortable. Location is nice as it is walkable to Snowflake lift. The staff was responsive and helpful in solving a few issues.

Do not rent this property if you have any internet connectivity needs. It was if we were back in 1999. Hard to believe that a nice property like this would have such substandard internet. Very frustrating and disappointing. Could not connect and work or stream anything with any consistency or reliability. Bad.

"Good time at a good location."

The location was close to Snowflake Lift, Charter Sports Rental and bus stop.

Needed another parking space for baby sitter. No crib. Pool was removed from our location. Needed a bathroom upstairs. Holes in blanket on king bed.

Super hands on and very informative, the small gift basket included. The location was perfect.

Parking for only two vehicles was inconvenient but understandable.
