We had a wonderful time in this condo. It’s spacious, well equipped and is located minutes from downtown. There’s also a free bus within walking distance, great option for getting around. The welcome basket was such a nice touch and communication with the host was great. We had access to the swimming pool which was a short drive from the place, the heated pool and hot tubs were just perfect. We’d love to come back, thank you for an amazing stay!

Location was great walking distance to everything. Beds where very comfortable. The hot tub was steps away.

The swimming pool was not on the same property was about 3 to 4 blocks away.

Dining room table, the window screens that worked, having kitchen utensils, garage, and showers were nice. The free concierge basket was appreciated on arrival from the town businesses to promote their products.

Upon arriving, we discovered the pool mentioned was not on the property. The key card left for the pool and hot tub at the upper village pools wouldn't work. The staff at the pool said they couldn't give us a new card. The people managing property blamed the HOA for the door catching, but everyone we saw had no issues using the pool card to open the door. 66% of our vacation was used before they reprogrammed the pool card. We tried to call 2 numbers because it stated open until 8 pm, but no one picked up. We got to use it for the last 2 days without issues. The hot tub on the property site was unavailable to us when we arrived, too, because the code given to us was no longer the correct code. The internet serious was HORRIBLE. We arrived on Saturday. On Tuesday, a repairman showed up for the complex to fix it and satellite issues. I was trying to do telehealth sessions for work but kept getting kicked off. When the family would sit down to watch a show, every 3 minutes, it lost dish connection. Even after repair, there is never internet service downstairs. We called the tech line, and the guy was on the phone for over an hour and couldn't resolve the issue. So, the boys couldn't play on their game machines. The patio deck is tiny, so we couldn't all sit outside to enjoy the views. The mattresses on the bunkbeds need to be replaced. Both teenage boys could hardly sleep and ended up on the coach sleeping. The kitchen faucet has to be angled just right, or the water will continue to run. We are still assuming there's no A/C because everything was turned down to 60° when we arrived, but it was always in the 70°. Luckily, we could open the screen door to the 50° weather to cool off. Furniture has huge tears with stuffing coming out. In one of the bathrooms, you have to turn sideways and stand pressed against the toilet to close the door because the room is too small. This was the worst condo I've ever stayed in.

The sofa and chairs particularly the cushions could do with an upgrade.

The location was AWESOME!! PMI (property mgrs) were kind enough to hold our luggage since we arrived early before check-in. The owners were kind to leave us a gift of coffee & wine. It was easy to communicate with the owners & they were quick to respond back. Space for a family is definitely here at this condo.

I did not like that there was no AC. My friend & I (2 women) did not feel safe to have the windows open while we showered or slept as we were told this is how to cool the condo. It was hot at night. All rooms & bathrooms were downstairs, so it would have been difficult to lug our luggage down a flight of stairs. We simply left our luggage upstairs & took our toiletries, clothes, shoes, etc. in our arms that we needed downstairs. No filtered water available from the fridge, but this may not be included when you stay in a condo, I suppose, but mentioning it so families considering to stay will be prepared. The cleaning fee is very high, yet, there were crumbs on the dining table during our stay from previous renters & we had to take our trash out to the dumpster. Taking our trash out would be perfectly fine if there was not such a hefty cleaning fee…this made no sense.
