Location was quite good, everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable and hosts were accessible and accommodating when we needed to make contact.

There was very little in the line of cutlery, drinks glasses, plates, cups etc. It wouldn't cost much to get a proper set in for guests.

I liked the location and the free street parking.

Overall, my partner and had a bad experience. I felt very unsafe when a strange man who said he was an employee unlocked the door and walked into the room without permission. When we asked him what he needed, he said he was cleaning but the room should have already been cleaned since we had just checked in. We asked the man to contact the host but I did not get a phone call from the host. There was a significant language barrier between the man and I, and he did not leave the room after being asked to numerous times. Although I emailed the host asking for the door code to be changed (which she did), I still could not sleep comfortably during the night nor could I feel comfortable as I was getting dressed in the room because I was worried that someone with a code would walk in again. The door was left wide open upon our arrival and the room was also unclean when we checked in: there was poop left in the toilet (which we had to clean ourselves), there was a sanitary pad wrapper in the trash can, and there was an opened Starbucks drink in the fridge. Overall, my experience was bad. I experienced issues with communication, cleanliness, and safety. I was willing to pay because we had no other option since it was too late to find other living accommodations, but this place severely fell short of my basic expectations for the aforementioned issues. What I paid for was not provided to me. I was refunded the cleaning fee but received no compensation for the lack of safety throughout the duration of my stay.
