Location was ok

The towels provided seemed quite old, pillows had absolutely no structure, and toilet paper, well just look at the pictures. Management is trying to cut corners to save an extra 1$ and the basement apartment setting was unexpected especially because we made reservations 2 month in advance and nowhere in a booking it said it is a basement. Whole property is set to one temperature and it was quite cold in a basement! Additionally, the safety of the environment raised some concerns during my stay. Front door was open few times in the evening and back door latch wasn’t working.

The room was modern and it had the needed equipment in case you want to have lunch or dinner at the room. The bathroom was complete and clean

Our room was in the basement, so the noise from the upper floor was annoying

It was clean in a good location, the spa tub is a plus for the stay. Parking isn’t difficult, was able to park half a block away.

You don’t have the ability to change the temperature in the room even though the property states AC it’s just central air controlled by the property owners. They do offer two fans, a tower and a turbo fan, you barely notice the difference it’s makes in the room during a hot day. Also there seems to be some repairs that been done in the apartment but it was unsightly during my stay.

It was really easy to access the room and Alina & Fanny were very responsive to any questions I had. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

There wasn't really anything I would have changed to improve my stay at Alina & Fanny's place.
