AF Stays - Philadelphia 1224 Mt Vernon St

My experience with you wasn’t good ! I asked you to accommodate me in other room instead to stay on the basement. Because I am claustrophobic and places without or small windows make me feel anxious and have Panic attacks. I came to Philly because a conference. I am a very hard worker teacher and I worked so hard during the year to buy my ticket conference , buy my flight tickets and pay the accommodation. I never knew before my room would be on the basement. And when you suggest me to call to booking and cancel my reservation it wasn’t fair because at this point were some hotel left where they charge more than $800 dollars and I couldn’t afford it . So I had to stay in your building. I could suggest also publish on your website on booking that one of the room is on the basement because that information wasn’t on the description when I booked to stay there.

Great location to visit Philadelphia. A neat, simple and clean room with everything you could need for a short stay.

If you get an appartment in the basement you may hear somewhat noise from people walking.

The unit was so beautiful! Just enough for my friend and I for the night. The bed was so comfy and everything was clean and fresh feeling.

Parking was a bit difficult but that's not the fault of Alina & Fanny or the unit itself.

It was clean

Too cold in the winter regular temp in winter weather is 75 the house was stuck on 70 degrees for whole house, I was charge more after I booked and too many rules after you booked. And soap and shampoo was family size bottles . Who know what was place in them bottles from other guess before or after we leave. There should be soap dispensers with lock box. Like most public bathrooms. If we have to share public soap.

We liked the location a lot.

The room was really chilly, we couldn't change temperature ourselves.

The room was huge and so was the bathroom, had everything you could need including a fan in case it got hot!!

the only thing I had to say that is slightly negative is that parking was difficult as it’s street parking and super hard to find a spot but that’s nothing to do with the property itself which is beautiful!

The best part was that is was close to the city. Easy access to bus routes and trolleys. Very clean and the owners respond immediately to any texts.

It was small but it was better than a hotel room since it had a kitchette. Super afforable!
