Luxurious One Bedroom Suite with Balboa Park View

The bathroom is nice.

Needs to be cleaner. Walls were scuffed, surfaces had gunk on them, crumbs in the bed.

access inconvenient. three locks to get in. walls so thin you could hear everything others did. felt like they were actually IN your apartment. patio basically two chairs on a stairway landing. parking instructions should clarify about metered parking being free overnight

the body soap dispenser in the shower leaked out so I had to use shampoo only.

Location was great, close to downtown and beach. Apartment was very clean, Refrigerator, bathroom and bedding was very very clean! We had small requests and they fixed it really fast. So thankful for making our stay very special. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip. Place was quite and great for families with small kids. My family with 2 years old enjoyed stay here. We felt home 😊

Loud aircraft noise, no parking and no staff on site after 5 pm.

Location is as stated. Depends on where you are visiting it can be a good pro. But other than that there's not much to like about this place. Alert - this place has NO LIFTS. There's a few stairs even for the first floor.

This place is right under where the planes approach landing so extremely noisy. Yes they give you earbuds which helped with sleeping but a) earbuds are not the most comfortable and b) you can't wear them when not sleeping. The bed is also very uncomfortable, and I was quite surprised to see them use synthetic sheets. Evening parking is very convenient though, plenty of free spots for 6 to 8. Daytime parking is all 2-hour meters but fairly cheap. Also forget about the "park view" unless you enjoy a "homeless" version of the park view. The staff could be better trained. We asked for check-in instructions but didn't get it until we arrived and called them again asking for the second time - yet the person answering the phone wasn't happy because it's 6:30pm. And the next day they replied via booking.com saying they've sent the instructions, showed the staff had absolutely no idea what he's doing.
