Luxurious One Bedroom Suite with Balboa Park View

The bed was comfortable. The complex was secure.

There was no insulation in the walls and especially around the doors. The back doors were like an echo chamber where it magnified sound 20 fold that connected to the bedroom. The airplanes were a whisper compared to that. The neighborhood had a lot to be desired. A lot of homeless people! I recommend you stay on the top floor, because we were on the bottom and left a day early.

that wasn’t much not to like maybe there was a remote missing but they were good at taking care of stuff if you needed anything like a clean towel or a clean blanket

BUILDING NOISE IN EVENING AND EARLY MORNING HOURS HIGH. NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROKU TV. NO INFORMATION ABOUT AREA.

Comfortable with well appointed kitchen

Extremely noisy. On top of traffic and airplanes (until about 11 pm), we had upstairs neighbors partying until 5 am, and walls and ceilings sre paper thin.

1. Parking was not included and was asked to pay 30 more dollars, but didn’t know that until the check in email this morning. So I have to fight for parking on the street dodging the homeless and portable bathrooms across the street while a space for this apartment sits empty below the building. 2. Booking.com clearly lists this as a one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, there is not a separate bedroom, this is a glorified motel room. 3. When I booked, I confirmed an original price and then when I went to pay it jumped up about eight dollars not a big deal but not cool. *** the biggest problem is that it was listed as a one bedroom apartment and it’s not it’s a studio!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! Now I have to listen to my friend snore all night long tonight!!! Very disappointing!!!

I'd like that there was an option for garage parking. The kitchenette was a great feature for the family. And being so close to Balboa Park was great. Although we didn't utilize it, the small outdoor sitting area was a nice feature. CVS across the street was so close and convenient.

The sofa bed was a little lumpy but descent enough for a sofa bed. The sofa bed could be cleaner as the edges were quite stained. I would feel safer if there was an extra lock at the back entrance by the bedroom just as the front has. The walls are so thin; we could easily hear people coming in and out early in the a.m. from the shared entrance which woke us up. Though we were not as bothered with the airplanes flying over us as others have mentioned in the review.
