Luxurious One Bedroom Suite with Balboa Park View

Good location that felt safe.

There is an airport nearby and it’s a very very loud location as planes are constantly landing nearby . There’s only street parking and I wasn’t told until day of that I could park inside for $30 Per day and by the time I arrived (4pm ) the office was closed and I was unable to do so

The location was great and the room was clean with good decoration.

Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff and easy to contact property owner.

Had to pay an additional $20/night for parking. Was unaware of fee and Street parking was minimal. Had no idea how close we were to the airport to the point the planes were EXTREMELY LOUD from inside the apartment. Apartment came with earplugs next to bed which was our first clue. AC was tricky and did not work for us but we also did not contact owner to get it fixed. Was under the impression that there was washer dryer in apartment but actually there was a laundry room for all units at $2 a wash/dry.

i liked the area and apartment itself is furnished very nicely. The staff was extremely helpful and compromising.

Lots of loud banging at night when people are cleaning or coming in/out of the building. Walls, floor, and ceiling seem to be very thin as we could hear everything the person above us was doing.
