Luxurious One Bedroom Suite with Balboa Park View

It was roomy and the bed was comfortable.

Location appeared to be decent, however it was like a fortress to get in/out of the unit- neighborhood not safe? Also, the advertising for the unit leads you to believe there is a washer/dryer in the unit- not. It is in the building as a shared amenity. The most disturbing issue was that it was so noisy we couldn't sleep. There is zero sound insulation in the building and the people upstairs were super loud.

The apartment was noisy . It was right near the airport and in front of a highway . Additionally the walls were paper thin and we woken up every morning our neighbours alarm at 545 am . The neighborhood was also concerning we witnessed drug deals occurring It is always concerning when you are supplied with earplugs when you enter the apartment

Close to Park and restaurants

You need to go through three sets of doors with codes and if on lower lever you hear everyone else coming in and out of entry doors to units. Extremely loud and makes it hard to sleep.

Well kept apartment. All cabinets and appliances were new. Lines were in good quality and nicely maintained. Secured with double doors, and the apartment was very clean throughout.

Lcation is in the close proximity of SAN airport and downtown so it's great, but the area is little sketchy with homeless on the near streets. Fir street is not so much. I used street parking for 3 nights along with other nice rental cars, but there were no problems at all.

3 codes to get to the room, gate to 'private street exit' had no handles--fire code issue

I liked the cleanliness and all around spaciousness of the room.

I didn’t like the noise. The walls and ceiling are thin and every sound occurring in the part meant above and around me could be heard. On one occasion I was awakened at 4:30 am to the sound of my neighbors packing up to leave with lots of stomping and dragging sounds.
