"Barulhento."

Apartamento completo.

Longe dos principais pontos. Precisa de carro ou Uber. Acústica horrível, muito barulho do apartamento de cima, não consegui dormir a primeira noite do barulho.

"It was an okay rental but probably wouldn’t stay a second time."

Convenient to downtown. Roomy with enough space.

It’s an older property. The shower leaked and there was a weird spot on the bathroom ceiling that looked like a leak. Floors are uneven. Someone had unplugged all of the electronics on the living room tv. We first thought the remotes weren’t working. The remote for the sound bar had corroded batteries leaking on the outside of the remote. The host was notified and a new remote was delivered the next day. Lost power on last day of stay. Did not come back on before we left. We were notified by a letter (which we didn’t see until the following day) that there wouldn’t be any water for about 4 hours on day 2 of our stay. Lots of construction noise across the street beginning around 6:30 in the morning. Could’ve used more towels.

"Nice walk to broadway but the building was not quiet at all."

Locatio

Shower was not clean. Needs replacing or bleached. The people upstairs were very noisy and you can hear every feet steep they made.

"Perfect place to stay in Nashville"

Was great location to what we had planned this trip. Parking was of main importance due to we have a large 4 door pick up that doesn't fit in tight places and this was perfect!! Condo was clean, comfy and well supplied!! Enjoyed watching the boats travel the Cumberland River from the porch! Would recommend and stay again in future!

May be an over site, but the mini blind was not up in the main bedroom, and the refrigerator needs all the interior door holders replaced. They were all missing. And a plastic shower curtain liner in the main bath would be much better than the fabric curtain only. These things were not a big deal though.

"Poor"

It’s an old not updated apartment. You could the neighbors above every move when walk which kept us us through out the night. The shower was awful. I don’t recommend
