Nashville 2BR2BTHSleep 6, Walk to Broadway! Pool

It was spacious and had a nice view of the river. We liked having the ability to cook and prepare some of our own meals. It was comparable in cost to the hotels in downtown Nashville. We were traveling as a group of 6, so this was a great way to have room for everyone. Pool area was nice.

It was a little inconvenient to be a mile away from Broadway, but not so much that we wouldn't stay there again.

Loved how spacious it was. Everything we needed was there. In a lovely scenic location. And very close proximity to Broadway.

The property was clean and accommodated 5 travellers with space. It was within walking distance to broadway about 20 mins. we used an Uber too which was cheap enough.

Easy entry and good communication.

The images shown indicated a must brighter, modern fresh space, the space is in fact a little darker inside and was more dated than we expected. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the pool which was a key selling point for us. This apartment is located in the middle of the complex with the pool and laundry at opposite ends, making it a decent walk back and forth if you are using these services.

I was sent a code for the door - very easy.

1 room had no closet to hang up our clothes. Small dresser only.

Super comfortable. The location was fantastic! We walked to Germantown and Broadway every day. The neighbourhood was safe and there were tons of dining options within a few minutes walk. The property was well maintained and perfect for a group of friends. We really liked the keyless entry, Just drive up and you don't have to meet anyone to gain entry. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was in a really quiet area. Everything was great! Thanks!

The window sill and patio door track in the living room could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise everything was clean and well maintained. We could have used a little more information about where everything was on the property, just some instruction about the pool and gym and how to access them. We figured it out.

We brought our own breakfast.

The rug in the living room was very stained. There were holes on the bathroom wall where a bar had hung.

The property is so close to town and easy to get around. There is construction surrounding the building though. Super comfy bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, and overall very pretty.

When we arrived the code was not set on the door, although I was able to call and they were able to give me a new code. The property’s furniture and cloth smells strongly of vinegar. We could not find any toilet paper, paper towels, or detergent for the dishwasher. Please be sure you bring your own.
