Although it looked very industrial. it was still nice to look out and see water.

It was clean. I like the view of the river. It was close to downtown. It was at a great price. There is a cover for the parking spots. So no snow on my vehicle.

Bathrooms didn’t have heat.

Heavy walking of the upstairs neighbors. Not sure if they are there on a transient stay or permanent fixtures.

Perfect location, home away from home, spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Just 18 mins walk to Broadway. Beautiful view of the river to relax & unwind. Had a wonderful 3 nights and would definitely book again if we return from the UK 🇬🇧
