The neighborhood was so calm and quiet. You can take the kiddos for a walk and everyone is friendly waving and saying hello! There's a few bars near by when the grownups are ready for a night out! The backyard is the perfect touch to an already amazing experience. From the grills to the toys and playset there's so much to do. The owner was quick to respond when I reached out about the door lock needing new batteries and had someone there within MINUTES to replace them. This place is truly an oasis.

Parking is ROUGH but thats clearly noted when booking the location and if you dont mind walking you dont really have to worry about moving your vehicle.

"Great for our stay"

I loved the location as far as safety and accessibility. The apartment was big enough for my family of 5. We were also not far from the Zoo and the USS Midway which was very nice. My kids loved the play space in the backyard as well. The owners were very easy to work with also.

The parking was a nightmare almost any time of the day but definitely much worse after 5pm. There wasn't much for stores super close so that was a bummer but the Sprouts grocery store was only about a 5-10 min walk away. Only real complaint with the apartment itself was there is only one TV in the entire apartment and with kids that was a bit difficult and the floors were very uneven all over. The shower also needed to be cleaned better but otherwise it was great.

Easy to access

The stove knob was missing, the power block for the Roku was gone, and we needed to do a hard reset on the Roku to watch we wanted to watch because a previous tenant stayed logged in. Also the people on the top floor sounded like elephants at all hours. I would get woken up early am of someone was moving around above us.
