Spacious 3BR, 2BA Condo near Medcenter & NRG

Location was great. Pretty quiet for a second story condo. Loved the gated security.

The sofa beds were not beds so sleeping was a bit more cramped with the 10 people we had. There were also no extra blankets for those that had to sleep on the couches. The instructions to get in and out of the gates before getting keys and after turning them in was not clear. The light switch for the living room lights were in the master and we found them by accident as they were not marked or called out in the welcome package. The $200 refundable security deposit was not disclosed when booking but was required to get checkin instructions and was not an easy process either.

There is nothing to like about this property. Not one single thing.

Shady neighborhood. I did not feel safe staying here. People in their cars in the parking lots booming loud music upon my arrival after 9 pm. People screaming at each other in the parking lot. Pretty sure I witnessed a drug deal. The hallway smelled like urine and marijuana. I wouldn't have washed my dogs with the towels provided. There are better beds in jail cells. If I wouldn't have been able to find another place to stay, I would have rather slept in my car because no way was I staying here.

This is not a condo it’s an apartment located in project apartment complex. People smoke weed and do drinks in the parking lot. Your vehicle will not be safe in the “private” parking lot. Thugs took all 4 of the tires and rims off of our rental and left it in bricks the lessening office staff advised this is normal behavior. This property is located in the hood! The APARTMENT needs repair. And the host has a NASTY attitude and is VERY COMBATIVE. Read the comments she leaves for others that have provided her with honest review if they you don’t want to take my word for it!

Spacious. Clean. Had all the necessary appliances.

Location. Shady neighborhood and surroundings. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Bad quality towels and toilet paper in bathrooms. Hot water stopped working the last day, in the early morning.

1. The hostess has poor communication call her several times and did not respond. Then she answered and told me not to call her who was at work. 2. They have misleading advertising that those apartments are literally falling. We were going through a walkway eight feet high the concrete is broken and the rails are without loose screws. ... 3. The paint is falling off, which is extremely dangerous for children and women pregnant with lead. The place is extremely dangerous. .. one day at night there were two people next to my apartment getting high. 4.! The security of the entrance does not work, people enter through the door they have open at the exit, everyone can enter. When there is code at the entrance. To access the place you have to follow three steps the place where the access key is you have to search through many grease-filled padlocks to find the key to the apartment. If you're reading this, it's because you want to stop it well. On your journey. I recommend looking for another place this place 🙅‍♂️ nooo booking should not advertise places like this You review the other comments and say the place is perfect. Don't be fooled.

I liked that is was close to NRG stadium

It was far from downtown and far from the malls but was close to NRG stadium and that’s the reason we rented there

The comfort and space was excellent. Perfect for a group trip and very convenient to the events we attended.

Everything was perfect.
