The staff was friendly.

Everything else!!! The room was in very bad repair, under the kitchen sink was caved in and appeared moldy, the furniture was quite possibly the cheapest available. The condo looked like it had not been updated since the building was built. The air units did not work and looked decades old. There was water leak damage throughout, the linens smelled musty, the entire room smelled of marijuana constantly, the door apparently had to be kicked in at some point and the door, and knob was never replaced. I did not feel safe, and left early. Also, the mattresses were on the floor. The AC vents were so dusty, they were almost unrecognizable. My throat hurts now,and I blame the air quality in that room. I now know why they don't offer refunds... because they know once you see the place you will want your money back....LIKE I DO!! I will never give them the opportunity to con me out of my money ever again!!

we liked how close it was to the Mercedes Benz stadium for the OSU GA game

upon arrival the condo initially was not clean beds were still unmade from previous guest along with dishes in the sink and stuff not in order but then they came to clean around 7pm which was fine

Room is spacious. location is great

The whole building has a weed smell. The heater in the room may not work well.

This apartment is well located in the Hotel District.and The Peachtree Metro station is very closed to go every where through MARTA system (Metro and buses). You can easily walk to Atlanta Aquarium, Centennial Park, Coca-cola World, etc. There are Laundry machines in basement for your convenience. The access was easy following the owner instructions.
