The iron didn’t work. :(

Location was very good. Reception staff were unfailingly pleasant. Apartment was quite spacious.

I had a problem with the digital keypad, that was eventually sorted and was given an actual key.

Was very nice. bed was comfortable. Most things were clean.

The A/C vents were dirty. The stopper on the sink was very dirty. Even though it stated that toiletries would be provided, I had to buy my own soap and shampoo, due to them being four of stock.

There is much good I can share here since you feel tricked or deceived from the moment you walk in and the place looks nothing like the pictures or the way it is describe on Booking.com

it wasn’t so much that we didn’t like the property as we have been to this building before and had amazing stairs. Issue is that we were misled, and the place was falsely advertised as being one way and then we got there and it was completely opposite. It was dirty. It smelled of some type of pet urine throughout the entire apartment. The air was like cigarette smoke, mixed with stale air. then none of the furniture was accurate and the pictures are different in real life the furniture is old dilapidated, and dirty. On top of that we got groceries On our way there because on Booking.com the property busted a full stove and oven which they were neither and you had half a fridge. My partner couldn’t even stay in there with me because he is truly bad asthma and it’s like the cigarette smoke. I just kept on coming wherever it was coming from. oh, and also, the bed wasn’t even real. It was still on the floor on the boxspring with urine stains on it. The worst part of the whole thing we promptly complained to the agency or person that owns it and they wouldn’t refund the money because they said we were too late. How are you supposed to know that the place had an accurate pictures and was a catfish and that it was no good before it was too late unless I went and looked at it before I booked it? So not only was the place a sham, but it was the worst customer service ever. when I asked for a refund, they said well you’re too late but I can give a partial refund. They should be ashamed whoever this was because I didn’t cancel on time? Unless I’m psychic or I had a premonition how would I cancel before hand to get a full refund? based on the pictures, it looks OK and decent. I could not have known that the place was a scam and falsely advertised! We travel for a living and we have stayed in a lot of places and this one by far was the worst one we’ve ever stayed in!

no bed frame (mattresses on the floor) very dated flooring that was coming apart in many places, old furniture, couch cushion covers, rickety bar stools, it was clean but had cracked walls & chipped paint, rusted A/C units, torn screens on the porch, great size of the Apt but it was crunchy.

The staff.

The apartment was falsely advertised. The pictures that are on this website are not what you get in person. The bed is on the floor which is highly uncomfortable and not good for someone with a bad back. The vent in the kitchen is COVERED in dust & grime and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 1986. There is no stove nor oven. The sink in the bathroom fills up with water and doesnt drain properly when you use it. The balcony has a rip in the net that is supposed to be used for safety & bugs. The paint was chipping & there was cracks in the wall. It is definitely not renovated. The air condition unit was very old & had mounts of dust on it. All those factors were just very unpleasant and if I pay to stay somewhere advertised a certain way I expect to be comfortable. I would like a refund for my troubles.
