THE PLACE WAS FAR FROM WHAT WAS SHOWN ON THE BOOKING. IT WAS NOT CLEAN. EVERYTHING THERE WAS OLD. I COULD NOT STAY THERE AND HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL IMMEDIATELY

The location of the apartment is excellent, with easy access to the convention center and plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. The concierge at the entrance was friendly and welcoming, which was a great first impression. Access to the apartment was through a coded lock, which was convenient. Positive Aspects: • Great location. • Spacious apartment. • A decent dining table. • Good internet connection.

once arriving at the floor of the apartment, There was a high smell of marijuana, which persisted throughout my stay—sometimes more intense than others. This was quite unpleasant and detracted from the overall experience. I do not expect five-star luxury, I do expect a rental property to be at least clean and functional, and unfortunately, this apartment fell far below that standard. Issues Encountered: • The entrance door felt very insecure, making me feel unsafe. I ended up replacing the chain lock for extra security. • General cleanliness was severely lacking—dirt and grime in every crevice, baseboards, walls, and ceilings. • Poorly maintained paintwork. • Moldy and peeling ceiling. • Damaged walls in both the living room and bathroom. • A showerhead that sprayed water from multiple places. • Loose and dirty parquet flooring with splinters. • A balcony door with gaps, allowing cold air to rush in. • Poorly sealed windows and doors, creating a loud whistling sound in the wind. • Sagging and extremely dirty couches that were uncomfortable to sit on. • A collapsing kitchen cabinet. • A minimally equipped kitchen with fragile lighting fixtures. • Rusty and dirty heating units that barely functioned. • A bathroom full of mold and rust. • A mattress that appeared filthy with noticeable stains. • A topper mattress with visible stains and an overall musty smell. • Pillows covered in stains and emitting a bad odor. Final Thoughts: I believe the owners have good intentions, but if this property is truly meant to be a source of income, I strongly recommend some much-needed maintenance. Perfect location if you have a conference in one of the nearby hotels. They're all within walking distance and at a fraction of the price. The concierges were incredibly polite and helpful.

Well situated, large, clean place. It has just about anything you might need, and more.

Great location for attending a conference at the Peachtree Hyatt in downtown Atlanta. The lobby staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Spacious living room and bedroom.

Poor air circulation / odour. Grimy floor, wall plaster peeling, old pullout couch mattress.

This is a great location. There are two parking lots close by.

Some walls need a little repair and painting.
