Downtown 1 Bedroom Apt 20L

Very practical apt in a great location.

The apartment looks tired, some TLC could help.

The only thing I liked about the property was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful

The first thing I noticed is the there wasn’t a stove I didn’t see that when booking. Everything needs to be painted and upgraded. The mattress and box spring was on the floor no frame or headboard. All the walls door frames everything needs to be painted. Under the sink in the kitchen is collapsing. There was so much wrong I don’t know what to say next.

Comfortable accommodation, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and very spacious. Best location at the main downtown area, near the peachtree centre (MARTA). Fast and reliable internet access.

The location for what we were in Atlanta for was great.

There were homeless trying to scam tourists for money right outside. A drug dealer approached my wife & I attempting to sell us drugs right outside the location. The apartment is way outdated. Paint peeling, the bathroom was seriously outdated, the screen for the balcony needs to be replaced. Only one television, & had to pay $30 for parking but was not mentioned. Customer service from the concierge left something to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you really needed to be in that area & nothing else was available. Wish I took photos to show the real look of the apartment. Current pics are deceiving.

the apartment is ok. Very close to the center.

I must say that the kitchen is negative because the pots, pan, kettle are broken and dirty. Missing spoon. Only one cup. I would like to make lunch or dinner to save money, but unfortunately. Check-out until 10:00 is too early :/ because we had to get up earlier and pack :(
