due to cleanliness issues I expereicnes a skin breakout that lasted 2 days.

DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT. Lock does not work properly so we were unable to lock the the door so safety was a concern for our stay. ALSO BE AWARE OF HIDDEN CLEANING FEE OF $350. An absurd cleaning price for a unit that is not even properly cleaned. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher left. Bathroom and towels in bathroom had a moldy musty smell to them. The owner does not acknowledge customers complaints and will accuse customer of lying. Please book elsewhere you will regret booking this unit.

It was easy to book and the price was very reasonable. Nice location.

Good location

The out of country property management left little to be desired. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dirty frying pans in the cupboard. Towels had a very strong mildew smell and there was sand in the bed.

Много приятен апартамент, част от комплекс с няколко сгради. Спалнята беше с удобно легло, кухнята е добре оборудвана оборудвано с всичко необходимо за готвене, само си пазарувахме продукти. Има пералня и сушилня. Дневната е просторна, удобна, с тераса с прекрасна гледка към океана, на която закусвахме сутрин. На пешеходно разстояние се стига до близкия плаж. В апартамента има плажни кресла и чадър. Голям паркинг свободно паркиране. Лесен достъп при регистрация и напускане.

La struttura era perfetta, posizione ottimale. Sei proprio al centro e raggiungi tutto senza problemi. Aveva tutto quello che serviva. Lavatrice e asciugatrice perfette e super utili. La persona che contattavamo per appartamento rispondeva subito, gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo Non credo torneremo ma se tornassimo a Maui questo sicuramente sarà il punto di partenza

The central location was fantastic! Beach, small stores, restaurants all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the appliances newer, and all electronics worked well. The unit feels spacious, is well appointed with everything necessary, and boasts sunset views. The unit’s flooring needs a deep clean. The rugs were soiled, stained and matted, and the tile (particularly in the kitchen, was dirty and sticky. All in all, a wonderful stay and a good value. Also, the rental staff was responsive and helpful.

I didn't like the hidden cost for cleaning service +250$ (+ deposit) which you can't see while reviewing the offers on Booking. So any discounts you have on Booking, won't apply. But it is a very nice place, all you need from the equipment - is there. That's perfect. The view on the sunsets - awesome. So I definitely recommend it.

The cleaning quality was not worth 250$. Look at the fugues. You are also asked to provide your credit card details to a 3rd party service as 250$ deposit, but they charge you 0$, just to keep you credit card details. First time I see sth like that. I didn't like the number of reminders sent telling me what's not allowed and when I've got to move out. Too much. But those are details. The place is awesome.
