"Excellent Stay - Clean, Safe, and Perfect Location"

We had an amazing stay at this property. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, quick, and very convenient. The accommodation itself was spotless. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything you need in Miami Beach, and the area felt very safe at all times. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

"Much needed getaway, the place was just what we needed!"

You cannot get any closer to the beach! Lots of things to do!!! Although the area is busy the room was very quiet and we hardly ever even heard the neighbors! Place was very clean and cozy!!!

The outside is dated (it was built in 1940) but it is currently under going a facelift and I’m sure it will be beautiful again soon!!

Appartamento certamente piccolino ma completo di tutto. Cucina attrezzata, bagno molto ampio. Servito benone dai mezzi anche quelli gratuiti. Pieno di negozi e ristoranti in zona. Unica pecca il clima un po' rumoroso. PLUS posizione clamorosamente vicina all'oceano tanto da poterlo sentire se tieni le finestre aperte

Hermoso sector de Miami, el departamento está súper equipado para una excelente estadía. Cabe mencionar que la atención de Miriam fue un 10. También te dejan hielera, sillas y toallones de playa. Volvería y lo recomendaría definitivamente!

El AC hace mucho ruido

Super Lage, Sauberkeit und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Matratze müsste unbedingt getauscht werden, viel zu weich und durchgelegen Zuwenig Kochutensilien, große Pfanne ist nicht für Induktionsplatte geeignet
