Dream Studio on the Beach

The area itself has a great ambience. Close to exercise path, shops and public transport.

Even at times when the weather was on the cold side, it is easy to catch the bus to Aventura Mall and the see a film at the AMC Theatre.

The cooking facilities were awesome. The large fridge freezer perfect.

The roku remote for the tv was temperamental.

The location is perfect, right on the beach. The apartment is stocked with all you need and ideal for a perfect holiday stay. The host was great with communication and answered any questions I had.

We stayed eight nights at this property...and we would stay there again! It was conveniently located less than 100 paces from the beach. Just steps from the building, there is a paved beach walk that connects north to Bal Harbour and south to South Point Beach and it winds past parks, outdoor exercise stations, restrooms, water fountains, volleyball/pickleball courts, picnic table, charcoal grills and outdoor showers. Good restaurants (El Sazon, Manolo's, Burgers & Shakes were our favs) including Peruvian, Asian, and Italian fare are nearby. Pharmacies, light shopping, salons, bakeries and grocery stores are within a block or two. Public transportation - including the Free Miami Beach trolley - is close and reliable. The studio apartment - with beach themed decor - was cute, clean and had a comfortable bed with great pillows. An air conditioner and ceiling fan kept the room cool. The door and elevator codes were easy to use and more convenient than keeping up with keys. (The photos on the listing were exactly what the apartment looked like.) The kitchenette was well equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware and utensils. Also included: a pitcher, tea kettle, toaster oven and full size refrigerator/freezer with ice trays and an ice bin. The bathroom had good lighting, a modern shower with wonderfully warm water, and good-sized bath towels. It was a nice touch that the hosts provided two collapsible camp chairs, a small cooler, beach umbrellas and two beach towels to carry to the beach or the nearby parks. The basement laundry room was a nice feature of the building! Three washers and three dryers are available. Payment is via credit card.
